Any one-time pay-per-use credits (e.g. individual PDF downloads) are non-refundable once the feature has been used. If a credit was purchased but not used due to a technical failure on our end, a full refund will be issued.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically appear in your account within 5โ7 business days depending on your bank.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in the immediate suspension of your account. We are happy to resolve payment disputes directly and quickly.
